we take pride in crafting every door and room number plate with precision, care, and customization. Since each order is made specifically as per customer design, cancellations, returns, or refunds are limited to specific conditions explained below.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order if production has not started.
Once the pre-production drawing or artwork is approved and manufacturing begins, no cancellation will be accepted.

Return Policy

Since all plates are custom-made products, returns are not accepted except in the following cases:

The product received is damaged during transit.
There is a manufacturing or printing error from our side.
The product delivered does not match the approved design.

To initiate a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. Our quality team will review and guide you through the replacement process.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
No refunds for cash-on-delivery, as COD is not available for custom-made products.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, a new product will be produced and shipped at no additional cost. Production timelines may vary based on the design and material availability.
