At DoorNumberPlates.artsNprints.com, every door and room number plate is custom-made on demand with premium materials such as stainless steel, brass, titanium, acrylic, wood, granite, and more. Our goal is to deliver products that meet your exact requirements with the highest quality standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Since each order is personalized and custom-produced, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

A return will only be considered if the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition due to an error from our side.
2. Reporting Damages

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers are required to share clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product to our support team for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, so refunds will not be issued in cash.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the pre-production drawing approval has been given and manufacturing has started.

If an order is cancelled before approval, a small administrative fee may apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized products with names, numbers, or unique engravings.

Products damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or external factors beyond our control.
