1. Order Processing

All products are custom-made on demand based on your chosen material, size, and design.
Orders are processed only after 100% advance payment confirmation (Cash on Delivery not applicable for custom products).
Pre-production drawings and revisions are shared for approval before final manufacturing.
Standard order processing time: 1–2 working days after design approval.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Dispatch timeline: 2–5 working days depending on product type and customization.
Delivery timeline:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 working days.
- Other Locations in India: 5–10 working days.
- Remote areas may take longer due to logistics limitations.
Customers will receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp once the product is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping offers may be available on bulk or promotional orders (as per announcements on the website).
For oversized or bulk orders, additional handling charges may apply.

4. Packaging & Handling

In rare cases of transit damage, please report immediately within 24 hours of delivery with pictures for resolution.

Currently, we provide door delivery across India from Jammu to Kanyakumari.
