2. Products & Customization

All products, including door and room number plates, are custom-made on demand using materials such as stainless steel, brass, titanium, acrylic, wood, granite, leather, plastic, and fiber.
Pre-production design approvals are provided before manufacturing begins.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of materials and production processes.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified at checkout.
Full payment must be made online at the time of placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer doorstep delivery across India, including all metro cities, towns, and villages.
Standard dispatch timelines are 2–5 working days after design approval. Delivery times may vary based on location.
Any shipping delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Cancellations & Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once the design approval is given and production has started.
Since products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is received in damaged or defective condition.
Customers must report damages within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for verification.

6. Warranty & Liability

Our products are crafted from genuine, durable, and weather-resistant materials.
Arts N Prints is not liable for misuse, improper installation, or natural wear and tear over time.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, and designs are the property of Arts N Prints and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
